4. Client Responsibility

6. Fees & Payment
All services must be paid in full prior to commencement of review unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is processed securely via the website checkout.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional review services:
Once a review has commenced, refunds are not available.
If cancellation occurs before review work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
